4. Response Timeline
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 24-48 hours
- Investigate the claim promptly
- Remove or disable access to infringing material within 72 hours if valid
- Notify the alleged infringer of the takedown
- Provide information about counter-notification procedures
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction
- A statement that you consent to service of process
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
Astrovenia maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our site and/or terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
7. Good Faith
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Please ensure your claim is valid before submitting a DMCA notice.
